Frequently asked questions about our policies:
Q – What is your cancellation policy?
A – You can cancel up to 3 days before your reservation with no charge. After that, you will be charged for 1 night plus tax.
Q – How much is it if we have more than 2 to a room?
A – Rates are based on double occupancy. There is a charge of $10 per extra person (children under 12 exempt).
Q – How much do I have to pay when I make a reservation?
A – One night’s stay is due upon reserving. Balance is paid at check-in.
Q – What is your pet policy?
A – We allow up to 2 dogs for a $50 per dog per week stay. Breeds that are listed as “dangerous breeds” are not allowed. Included but not limited to: Pit bulls, Staffordshire terriers, Doberman pinschers, rottweilers, chows, great danes, presa canarios, akitas, Alaskan malamutes, German shepherds, Siberian huskies, wolf-hybrids, mixes of any of the above.
Q – Is smoking allowed?
A – Smoking is not allowed in the rooms. Extra charges will be incurred if there is any evidence of smoking in the rooms.
Q – What happens if something is damaged or missing?
A – Guests will be charged for any damaged or missing items.
Q – What are check-in and check-out times?
A – Check-in is at 2:00 p.m., check-out is at 11:00 a.m.
Q – How late can I check in?
A – Quests may check in until 12:00 a.m.
Q – Do you have a pool?
A – No, however we are just a 3 minute walk to the beach.
Q – Do you have washers and dryers?
A – Yes, we have coin-op washers and dryers near the lobby.
